Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship throughout the United States and Canada. Products ship from either China or the United States, depending on the item and stock availability.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery times below.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin when your order is dispatched:

• U.S. location → United States: 2–5 business days.
• U.S. location → Canada: 3–7 business days.
• China → United States or Canada: 5–12 business days.

Small parcels are sent via express courier services. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote locations, customs processing, public holidays, weather, and carrier disruptions may require additional time.

Free Shipping

Orders over US$59 qualify for free shipping to the United States and Canada. For orders of US$59 or less, shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

The free shipping threshold is stated in U.S. dollars.

Duties & Import Taxes

We cover applicable customs duties and import taxes. You will not be asked to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

Split Shipments

If your order includes items shipped from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
