Custom Printing Artwork Guide
Prepare a clear artwork brief so the team can review the print method, placement, colors and proof requirements before quotation and production.
1. Start with an artwork brief
Send the bag dimensions, material preference, order quantity and the sides to be printed. Describe the desired position and size of the logo or pattern. A reference photo helps communicate intent, but is not a substitute for final production artwork. Provide only artwork that you are authorized to use.
2. Supply a usable file
A vector original is useful for logos and line artwork; keep the editable source file. A PDF proof can be submitted through the inquiry form. Discuss fonts, linked images, image resolution and color references with the team before final approval. Accepted production file formats and any transfer arrangements are confirmed for the job. The website upload accepts one JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF up to 5 MB.
3. Review placement on the bag drawing
Confirm orientation, front and back artwork, opening direction, seals and flap area. Ask for the printable area and any required margins rather than assuming the full bag surface can be printed. Agree on the printing process, color count and any plate or setup charges. Screen colors are not a physical color approval.
4. Approve before production
Check spelling, logos, positioning, dimensions and color references on the proof. Where a physical sample is needed, confirm its availability, cost and schedule separately. Record approval of the final version; changes after approval may require a revised quote or schedule. Custom printing minimums depend on the confirmed construction and process.
