This notice explains how Seldravinpack handles information submitted through the packaging quote form on seldravinpack.com.

Information you provide

The quote popup requires your email address; the other visible fields are optional. The Services request form requires your name, email address and delivery country. Company, bag size, quantity, requirements and a reference image or artwork are optional. The selected request type helps us route your inquiry. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

The Contact form requires your name, email address, request type and message. Company, WhatsApp or phone, delivery country, bag size, estimated quantity, order number and reference image or artwork are optional. We also record the language used and source page. Reference files are handled with your inquiry as described below.

How we use your inquiry

We use your details to review your packaging requirements, respond to your inquiry, and communicate about a potential order. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and service providers

Your inquiry is saved in our WordPress administration area and sent to our sales mailbox. The source page, product or page title, submission time, and technical information such as IP address and browser information may be recorded to manage inquiries and help prevent spam. Our website hosting and email providers process this information to operate these services.

Reference images and artwork

Reference images and artwork submitted through the Services form are stored with the inquiry and may be sent to our sales mailbox or made available by an upload link. Only send files you are authorized to share. Do not send confidential or sensitive documents through this form.

Popup preferences

Browser storage remembers whether the quote popup has appeared during your visit. Closing it suppresses automatic display for 7 days; a successful submission suppresses it for 30 days. You may still use the Request a Quote button to open it yourself. Clearing browser storage or using another browser resets these preferences.

Your questions and requests

To ask about your inquiry, correct your details, or request deletion, contact sales@seldravinpack.com. Some information may need to be retained for an ongoing order or applicable record-keeping obligations.

You may also select a product category. We keep anonymous daily counts of WhatsApp clicks, quote-form openings, sample-request clicks and successful inquiries. These totals contain no names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry messages and are retained for up to 90 days.
